Sandbagging start: Flatbed trucks to begin delivery to neighborhoods in Fargo-Moorhead area
FARGO, N.D. - Sandbag convoys with flatbed trucks escorted by police rolled out Tuesday in Fargo and neighboring Moorhead, Minn. The two cities plan to place millions of sandbags to defend against Red River flooding. Sandbag delivery is expected to take about four days.
